Article 10: Kansas State School For The Deaf

Statute 76-1001a: State board of education; control and supervision; rules and regulations. The Kansas state school for the deaf is a state institution under the control and supervision of the state board of education. For such control and supervision, the state board of education may enter into contracts, adopt rules and regulations and do or perform such other acts as are authorized by law or are necessary for such purposes.
