Statute 75-1250: State policy.
The legislature hereby declares it to be the policy of this state to
announce publicly all requirements for architectural, engineering or land
surveying services, and to negotiate contracts for architectural,
engineering or land surveying services on the basis of demonstrated
competence and qualification for the type of professional services required.
