Statute 75-1250: State policy.
The legislature hereby declares it to be the policy of this state to
announce publicly all requirements for architectural services, and to
negotiate contracts for architectural services on the basis of demonstrated
competence and qualification for the type of professional services required
and at fair and reasonable prices.
