Statute 74-8318: Same; conflict of interest provisions.
No enterprise shall be eligible to receive investment pursuant to
this act if an officer, employee or member of the board of directors of the
corporation, the fund or any other entity in which the corporation has a
majority interest has a substantial interest in the corporation.
