Statute 72-5429: Costs for mediation and fact-finding.
All of the costs incurred for mediation under
K.S.A. 72-5427
and for fact-finding under
K.S.A. 72-5428, shall be borne
equally by the board of education and the professional employees'
organization involved therein. The payment of such costs shall be at
such time and in such manner as is determined by the secretary.
