Statute 66-1510: Invalidity of part.
If any part, portion, clause, paragraph, sentence or section of this act
shall be declared unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction,
it is hereby declared that this act would have been passed without such
part, portion, clause, paragraph, sentence or section, and such judgment or
decree shall not affect the validity of any other part, portion, clause,
paragraph, sentence or section hereof.
