Statute 65-6715: Same; act does not create or recognize a right to abortion or

(a) Nothing in the woman's-right-to-know act shall be
construed as creating or
recognizing a right to abortion.
(b) It is not the intention of the woman's-right-to-know act to make lawful
an abortion that is
currently unlawful.
