Statute 65-5411: Foreign trained occupational therapists and occupational
therapy assistants; requirements.
Foreign trained occupational therapists and occupational
therapy assistants shall satisfy the examination requirements of
K.S.A.
65-5406.
The board shall require foreign trained applicants to furnish proof of
completion of educational and supervised field work requirements,
substantially equal to or greater than those contained in
K.S.A.
65-5406 prior to taking the examination.
