Article 45: Certification Of Operators Of Water Supply Systems And Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Statute 65-4513: Fees.
The secretary shall establish a reasonable schedule of fees but in no
case shall an individual operator fee exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) in
any one year.
