Statute 65-4215: Practice of medicine not authorized.
Nothing in this act shall be construed as authorizing a licensed mental
health technician to practice medicine or surgery or to undertake the
prevention, treatment or cure of disease, pain, injury, deformity or mental
or physical condition.
