Statute 65-4017: Time for compliance with rules, regulations and standards.
Any treatment facility which is in operation at the time of adoption of rules
and regulations or minimum
standards
under this act shall be given a reasonable time, under the particular
circumstances not to exceed two years from the date of such adoption to comply
with such rules and
regulations and minimum standards.
