Statute 65-4012: Licensure of treatment facilities.
(a) No person or governmental unit acting
severally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shall
establish or operate a public
or private treatment facility in
this state without a license under this law.
(b) Violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor.
