Statute 65-34a01a: Same; effective date.
This act shall take effect and be in force from and after the date upon which
the appropriate authority of the state of Nebraska issues a license or permit
for the operation of a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility in the
state of Nebraska which is accessible to the members of the central interstate
low-level radioactive waste compact, and its publication in the statute book.
