Statute 65-2919: Person holding registration as physical
therapist deemed
to be licensed physical therapist.
Any person holding a valid registration as a
physical therapist immediately prior to the effective date
of this act which has
been issued by the board shall be deemed to
be a
licensed physical therapist for the purposes of this
act and article 29
of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the
provisions
thereof or supplemental thereto and shall be subject to the
provisions
of this act and the provisions of such article and chapter of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof or
supplemental thereto.
