Statute 65-2009: Injunction or ouster for unlawful practice.
An action to enjoin or oust from the unlawful practice of podiatry may be
brought and maintained in the name of the state of Kansas against any
person who shall practice podiatry without being licensed to practice
podiatry by the board. This authority shall be in addition to and not in
lieu of authority to prosecute criminally any person unlawfully engaged in
the practice of podiatry.
