Statute 65-2007: Violation of act; penalty.
Any person who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this act
shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than three hundred
dollars ($300) or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of
not to exceed ninety (90) days.
