Statute 65-210: Same; moneys.
Any money remaining in the hands of the treasurer of the joint board of
health, upon its dissolution by the contracting parties, shall be repaid to
the respective treasurers of the contracting municipalities in the
proportion in which such municipalities contributed during the last fiscal
year.
