Statute 65-1524: Practice of optometry by corporation or
limited liability company prohibited, exceptions.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed to allow a
corporation except as provided in
K.S.A. 17-2706 and amendments thereto or a
limited liability company except as provided in K.S.A. 2002 Supp. 17-7668
and amendments thereto to
practice, offer, or undertake to practice or hold itself out as practicing
optometry.
