Statute 65-1523: Injunctive relief for violations of act, rules and regulations.
The board in its discretion, in addition to any other
remedies provided in this act, may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction
for injunctive relief to restrain violations of the provisions of this act,
lawful rules and regulations promulgated by the board under authority of this act.
