Statute 65-1519: Federal trade regulations; defense of certain acts.
The board shall not suspend, limit, restrict or revoke,
the license of a licensee or privately or publicly censure a licensee for
any reason or conduct for which a defense is provided for in Title 16, Part
456 of the Code of Federal Regulations and amendments thereto from and
after the date such Trade Regulation Rule becomes effective.
