Statute 65-1511: Partial invalidity of act.
In case for any reason any paragraph or any provision of this act shall
be questioned in any court of last resort, and shall be held by such court
to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not be held to affect any
other paragraph or provision of this act.
