Statute 61-3603: Exemption from seizure and sale.
The
provisions of article 23 of chapter 60 of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated,
and amendments thereto, relating to exemptions from seizure and sale, shall
apply to
attachments,
executions and other process issued from any court in this state pursuant to
the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
