Statute 61-3516: Miscellaneous garnishment
provisions.
The
provisions of
K.S.A. 60-721, 60-722, 60-723 and 60-724, and amendment thereto,
shall be applicable to lawsuits filed
pursuant to
the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
