Statute 61-3304: Modification of judgment.
The
provisions of
K.S.A. 60-252, 60-259 and
60-260, and amendments thereto, shall apply
to judgments entered under the code of civil procedure for limited actions
where such provisions are not
inconsistent with other
provisions of the code.
