Statute 61-2909: Computation and extension of time.
The provisions of
K.S.A. 60-206, and amendments thereto,
governing the
computation and extension of time, shall govern actions pursuant to the code of
civil procedure for limited actions, except where
provisions to the contrary are specifically included in the code.
