Statute 59-2135: Same; information to be provided to department of social and
rehabilitation services.
The clerk of each district court shall provide a copy of
the decree of adoption, a copy of the report of adoption required in
K.S.A. 59-2119 and a copy of the
information required in
K.S.A. 59-2130 pertaining to any adoption of a minor to
the secretary of social and rehabilitation services. All information
pertaining to adoptions of minors required to be provided to the secretary
of social and rehabilitation services shall be maintained by the secretary
and shall be subject to disclosure to the same extent as files and records
of the court under
K.S.A. 59-2122.
