Statute 58-3225: Same; rules and regulations.
The secretary of the Kansas department of wildlife and parks
is hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the
provisions of this act. Rules and regulations establishing generally accepted
operation practices shall be adopted and be in effect on or before January 1,
2002.
