Statute 55-309: Penalties.
Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this act, except
those for the violation of which penalties are especially prescribed, shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in a
sum of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred
dollars.
