Statute 55-1505: Tampering with field equipment identification; penalties for violations.
(a) No person shall intentionally change, alter, remove or obliterate the
name of the maker, the model, the manufacturer's number, the serial number
or any other identifying number or mark of any oil or gas field equipment.
(b) Violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
