Statute 54-104: Form of commencement and conclusion of oaths.
All oaths shall commence and conclude as follows: "You do solemnly
swear," etc.; "So help you God."
Affirmation shall commence and conclude as follows: "You do solemnly,
sincerely and truly declare and affirm," etc.; "And this you do under the
pains and penalties of perjury."
