Article 7a: Protection Of Consumer Information

Statute 50-7a04: Severability clause. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end the provisions of this act are severable.
