Article 7: Fair Credit Reporting

Statute 50-718: Obtaining information under false pretenses. Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses is guilty of a severity level 7, person felony and upon conviction shall be punished in the manner provided by law.
