Statute 50-505: Same; injunction actions by attorney general or county
attorney; costs and attorney fees; damages.
In addition to the penalties provided in this act, violations or
threatened violations hereof may be enjoined. It shall be the duty of the
attorney general or the appropriate county attorney to, and any person who
shall suffer injury from or be threatened with injury from any existing or
threatened violation of this act may, maintain an action in a court of
equitable jurisdiction to prevent, restrain, or enjoin any violation or
threatened violation. Upon the granting of such relief, the court shall
assess in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant the costs,
including reasonable attorney's fees for plaintiff. Any damages suffered
may be sued for and recovered in the same action and in addition to
injunctive relief.
