Statute 48-3033a: (KCMJ Art. 110) Improper hazarding of a vessel.
(a) Any person subject to this code who willfully and
wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
(b) Any person subject to this code who negligently hazards or suffers
to be hazarded any vessel of the armed forces shall be punished as a
court-martial may direct.
