Statute 48-310: Reversion of real property, when.
In the event that any real property is donated to a national guard
organization under the provisions of
K.S.A. 48-308, and amendments
thereto, and the national guard
organization shall fail or refuse to use the same, or shall, after accepting
the same, disband its organization, the title to the real property thus
donated shall revert to the person, corporation or municipality donating
the same.
