Statute 48-307: Sale of armory, when.
When the military board shall receive information from
the governor of the disbandment of any organization of the national guard
of Kansas occupying and using an armory provided by the state, under the
direction of the military board, it shall be the duty of such military
board to sell such armory, at public or private sale, after due
publication, for the highest price to be obtained for the same, and the
proceeds thereof shall be divided equitably between the state, city or
county as their interest may appear.
