Statute 48-1901: Definitions.
As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires, the phrase
"a state contiguous to this state" means any state having a common border
with Kansas. All other words and phrases used in this act shall have the
meanings respectively ascribed to them in the federal gun control act of
1968.
