Statute 48-1612: Prohibited uses.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, transport,
transfer, distribute, sell, install, repair, receive, acquire, own or
possess any source of radiation unless licensed by or registered with the
secretary in accordance with the provisions of this act.
