Statute 47-438: Same; bill of sale required in inspection areas; unlawful
acts.
It shall be unlawful for any person, either as principal or agent, to
sell or otherwise dispose of any cattle or sheep in any brand inspection
area, or to purchase or otherwise receive any cattle or sheep in any brand
inspection area, unless the person selling or disposing of such cattle or
sheep shall give the person purchasing or otherwise receiving the same a
written bill of sale therefor.
