Statute 47-425: Duty of attorney general.
It shall be the duty of the attorney general to enforce the provisions
of this act, and all acts amendatory thereto, together with the rules and
regulations of the commissioner; and for such purposes the attorney general
shall have original jurisdiction in investigations and prosecutions
coextensive with that of local officers.
