Statute 47-1305: Penalty for violation of act.
Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, city or official of any
corporation or city, violating the provisions of this act or of any rule or
regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be
fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred
dollars ($500). Each day the provisions of this act or any rule or
regulation made pursuant thereto is violated shall be a separate offense.
