Statute 47-1102: Penalties for violations.
Every person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than five
hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than
sixty days nor more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
