Statute 47-1007: Report of sales; remittance.
The dealer shall, promptly following the sale or exchange of any
livestock consigned or delivered to him, transmit or deliver to the
producer or consignor a true report of such sales showing the amount sold
and the selling price. Remittance in full of the amount realized from such
sales, less the commission, if any, that the dealer is entitled to for
making such sale and other proper charges, shall accompany such written
report of sales.
