Statute 40-2912: Same; association deemed insurer; financial report.
The association shall be deemed a company or insurer within the scope of
K.S.A. 40-222 and 40-223 relating to examinations. The
board of directors shall submit, not later than March 30 of each year, a
financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by
the commissioner.
