Statute 40-1610: Certificate of authority; revocation or
suspension.
Each
reciprocal shall procure from the commissioner a certificate of
authority stating that all of the
requirements of this article have been complied with.
Upon such compliance and the payment of the fees required by this article,
the commissioner shall issue such
certificate of authority. The commissioner may revoke or
suspend any certificate of authority issued hereunder in case of breach of
any of the conditions imposed by this article after reasonable notice has
been given to the reciprocal in writing, so that
such reciprocal may appear and show cause why such action
should not be taken. The certificate of authority
shall continue in full force and effect until such certificate is suspended
or revoked or a new
certificate of authority is issued or specifically refused.
