Statute 25-2356: Registration of certain voters in all Kansas elections.
Any person registered to vote for federal elections during the
period from January 1, 1995, through the effective date of this act shall be
deemed to be registered to vote in all elections in Kansas, if otherwise
qualified, upon the effective date of this act.
