Statute 25-2353: Move of registrant; update of registration record and provisional
ballot.
A registrant who has moved
to a new address in the same county shall be permitted
to update the voter's registration record and vote a provisional ballot at the
registrant's new polling place,
or at a central location determined by the county election officer.
