Statute 25-2322: Mandamus to compel registration.
If the county election officer refuses to register any person who makes
application therefor as provided in this act, such person may bring an
action in mandamus to require such registration in the district court of
the district in which the county election officer is located. The district
judge may advance any such action for immediate hearing upon not less than
forty-eight (48) hours notice to the county election officer.
