Statute 25-2306: Registration by persons under eighteen; minimum age to vote.
The application for registration shall include a statement by the
applicant that he will have reached the age of eighteen (18) years before
the next statewide general election. No person may vote at any election
until he has reached the age of eighteen (18) years.
