Article 42: Crimes Against The Public Safety

Statute 21-4210: Carrying concealed explosives. Carrying concealed explosives is carrying any explosive or detonating substance on the person in a wholly or partly concealed manner.

      Carrying concealed explosives is a class C misdemeanor.
