Statute 21-4209a: Criminal possession of explosives.
(a) Criminal possession of explosives is the knowing possession of any
explosive
or detonating substance by a person who, within five years preceding such
possession, has been convicted of a felony under the laws of this or any
other jurisdiction or has been released from imprisonment for a felony.
(b) Criminal possession of explosives is a severity level 7, person felony.
(c) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas
criminal code.
